Nutritional Consulting
Nutritional consultations are one-time individual discussions where we review current eating habits. I then develop a detailed report on the types and quantities of food that you require to meet your nutritional needs. The ultimate goal is to develop a strong eating plan to help you thrive.

Nutrition & Wellness Coaching is designed as the next step from the Nutritional Consultation utilizing the plan developed as a springboard for an overall wellness routine. We will build upon the pillars of nutrition and wellness: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Exercise, Sleep, and Stress Management. The goal is to build a stronger, manageable, and customized lifestyle to help you live your best life!
Personal Training
Personal Training is designed to meet you at your level of fitness and increase your strength and flexibility. These sessions can be done online or in home to suit your individual schedule. The programs are designed to meet your needs and are modified to help you train safely and effectively. The goal is to develop exercise routines that are easy and fun yet develop your long term goals of health and wellness.
Group Education & Support
THRIVE
The THRIVE program is geared towards women who are looking for a supportive community where they can embark on a transformative journey toward optimal health and well-being through education and group support to help them THRIVE and not just survive perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Over the course of 6 weeks, we will be discussing and learning about each of the wellness pillars that will have the biggest impact on your journey. These pillars include mindset, nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. By focusing on these pillars and integrating them into your life on your terms and ability, you are one step closer to a smoother transition into menopause and beyond.
Each week we will discuss an individual pillar via a 90-minute Zoom session. All sessions will be recorded and shared in the instance you are unable to attend a session. Sessions will include education, group support, group discussions, and interactive activities. A journal/notebook and an open mind and heart are highly encouraged.
Along with weekly Zoom sessions, there will also be a private Facebook page to help encourage and support each other with each passing week. This is a safe and encouraging place to share your wins, situations, and challenges and ask any questions you may have. I may not know all of the answers but, I promise you, that I will go to the ends of the earth to find any and all information to help you on your journey.
